The new-comment preview on a submission card now links straight to that comment. Reporting a comment is now labelled and asks you to confirm first, like reporting a post, and the profile page says your current password is needed to save changes. The submissions feed also loads with far fewer database queries, so it should feel snappier. (Browse submissions)

You can now choose your pronouns when you sign up or in your profile, from a list of common ones or by typing your own (like xe/xem). They appear on your submissions, and standard ones are shown in the reader's language. If you don't choose, we use the default that goes with your gender.

Submission cards now show how many comments a post has and how recently it was updated, so it is easier to find posts with discussion. Reporting a post now asks you to confirm first, so a stray tap can't send a report. (Browse submissions)

Safe mode now blurs images until you tap them, instead of hiding them behind a stand-in picture, and you can tap an image again to hide it. There is also a new eye button in the header to switch safe mode on or off from any page.

Transbucket is easier to use on phones: search stays at the top, the home page and footer are simpler, the submissions feed is more compact with Recent and For You tabs, and the filter and the surgeon and procedure pickers are built for touch. Sign-up and login were redesigned too. (Browse submissions)

Contributors now receive a badge after sharing a published result, recognizing the work that helps others make informed decisions. (Browse submissions)

Pin details are now easier to read, with larger text, comfortable spacing, and separate paragraphs on phones and larger screens. (Browse submissions)

Surgeon listings are easier to reach and read on phones: directory content now appears before advertising, and each surgeon is shown as a labeled card on narrow screens. (browse surgeons)

Phone photos are now automatically resized before upload when needed, so they can meet Transbucket's upload limit without requiring separate image-editing software. (Submit a photo)

The submissions page now separates Recent submissions from For You, so you can browse the newest posts or a feed personalized to your interests.
